Being nice to a squirrel is hard work

last night I went to bed at 3am (sounds like back in the day...) and woke up at 6 thinking I would assess my health, fell promptly back asleep because I was woozy and didn't wake up again until my program director called me at 1pm to tell me she was coming by for me to sign papers that will hopefully allow me to be paid by the elementary school. Run-on sentence!

I had the weirdest, most involved dreams!

I was building a nut hide-away for a squirrel: it got quite complicated after we knocked the tree over where he was originally storing the hazelnuts. Then I needed a ladder to hoist the platform up high in another tree. It was conveniently already shaped to sit on the side of the tree like the popcorn trays at ballgames. Then I needed glue to attach the pegs, but the pegs were too short and kept coming out before the glue would set and my dad wouldn't let me borrow his drill. He told me that it wouldn't work so well on trees. At one point an eagle tried attacking the squirrel and I and then I was flying around in the sky. My mom came by to help me at the end and I told her all about my arts & crafts project. Then I woke up.
