1. You get to be a comic book hero! Who would you want to be the most, and why, taking into consideration all the crap and angst they also go through?
Hm, this is hard. At first I wanted to say the Taskmaster, cause he's pretty cool. He's got this skull mask so he looks like Skeletor, and he has photo-reflexes, so anything he sees he can replicate at once. Plus, if he watches sped-up boxing, he can then box that fast. So pretty sweet deal! Eeeeexcept during "Avengers: the Initiative" he got double crossed by Norman Osborn and like, lost some of his memories and it didn't seem fun. So, what about a speedster? That sound like fun! Except that for the Flashes, something bad always happens to them. So maybe not. Quicksilver? No, I love him to bits but the drama with the Inhumans and his kid, plus everyone things his sister is crazy, too much drama. As for Speed, his nephew, he was locked up in some sort of prison thingy, that doesn't sound fun. So with much thought, I would go with Spider-Girl, Peter Parker's daughter from MC2. She's got all the cool powers like her dad, fairly normal life, loving parents and brother, plus her adventures are cool. Even if she has her own clone (seriously, that was a stupid idea, guys)
2. You get to decide the requirements for a new degree. What's it in, and what sort of classes do the students need to take? Er, a degree in Comics. Yes. It would be kinda of a history thing, with focus on how comics have changed throughout the ages, how it has effected pop culture, and then another part where it's history IN comics, how they depict real world events. So like classes: You'd get yer DC history one, where if follows the major events through their comics (major ones like all the Crises, and then more character specif ones) , and then another class doing the same thing with Marvel (Secret War, Civil War etc), And then you need a whole class on Batman, cause you know that has enough material you could do it as a full year. Then you'd have your classes about writers, history of comics as a media, women in comics, web comics, and yada yada.
3. If you could live in any time period, which would you choose? Why?
One that doesn't have the plague. I do so love my medical doctors, and knowing things like "no, that isn't caused by fairies". So, let's saaaay, um, 1800s. Yes. Hopefully. Or the 70's!
4. Repeating this one 'cause I'd love to hear your answer: congratulations! You've started your own religion/cult. What's the iconography like?
They (cause heck, I wouldn't, I'd be making dough here) would worship the golden moose! A mystical creature that has come from the astral plane to guide us to a higher conscience where all are one. Humans are actually from space, and when their shuttle crashed onto the earth, and by eating the fruit, they forgot that they were on a journey another plane to join the moose in eternal happiness. So the moose is trying to get intouch with us, and the only way that you can help is buy giving me money so i can make radio towers. Shaped as moose. And the moss can't always reach us because of interference from...sad thoughts...and um, so only a few people have seen it, but if all we believed, the portal would be strengthened and the golden moose would be able to pull us through. So you have to build these towers/monuments. Moose shaped ones. I don't know why are all these questions so hard?! Either that or a cult to Monty Python.
5. What song do you hate hate haaaate listening to, and the instant it comes on you have to turn the sound off?
Ugghh, I know I have one. I know I don't like the songs from The Wizard of Oz. Shoot. I have songs that make me cry. But I can't think of those either. I'll get back to you later.
