[A Z38.5 update translated from the original gibberish by Z37.0]
Life surely must have some sort of point? Sooner or later the perceived improvements in the way we live brought about by modernization and the slow cancer of capitalism will cease to hold the attention of the developed world and we will see the beginning of the real work. I wonder if I am naïve to think that building Eden is an inevitability. Some days it seems as if we are lost, other days that it can’t be too far off before the dream of a society based on aesthetics and the esoteric begins to become the priority.
If not that then what is life for? It’s not precious - if it were we would never drink or take drugs, hell we would never eat a fine meal or get in a car. It’s not scared or we would have no war. It’s not a miracle - it’s biological. In fact the only cliché about life that I agree with is that sometimes it does indeed seem that life might be too short, but if that’s all that’s on offer then I will have some anyway thanks very much.
