(no subject)
So, wow, I haven't updated in almost a month. The only thing that's really been on my mind of late is my Nano and my family. I'm insanely private about my writing and no one really needs to hear about my family issues. Complaining about that gets boring after awhile anyway. Life has been mostly drama free, with the exception of a few evenings. I like it best that way.
Let's see...I've actually had a pretty interesting month. I've been going to a sports bar every Friday night for trivia with my parents and it's more fun than I thought it would be. (I have awesome parents. Hanging out with them is more fun than it has any right to be.) I met a new friend there two Fridays ago. We hit it off pretty well, and we hung out for a few hours tonight too. We went and saw New Moon together since that was actually what started us talking together. Sean is a whole lot of fun, so hopefully we'll hang out more.
I've also been getting into football, which is so freakin' weird. I never understood it before, so I never bothered to watch it. My parents actually took the time to explain it three Sundays ago so I started getting an idea of what was going on. Apparently once you have the basics down, it's not that hard to learn to watch. Mom, Dad, and I went out to Timeout - the aforementioned sports bar - to watch the Steelers game today. My favorite player is out for like a month, which depresses me. Polamalu is a feakin' beast.
That's pretty much everything. I always say I'll try to post more, but it hardly ever happens. I post all the time to my Twitter cuz it's so much easier. I should start shipping my tweets over here, but I'm a little lazy for that. Plus I think most people I have on my flist follow me on Twitter. (twitter.com/DcptcnCrescendo if you wanna add me.)
Anyway, it's late. I'm tired. Had an overall good day, so I'm going to end it on that note.
