Cut My Losses
I'm at a private poker room in...don't know where it is. Won $140 last week, lost $40 on Tuesday, put down $20 last night, got up to $130, then lost it, so technically lost $20, and now this guy I like brings me to this private poker room, and I lose $40. And after all this losing, I'm still up $20.
It's hard to flop the broadway straight, and have the other guy get a royal flush on the river. What do you say to that? Fuck. That's what you say.
I had nothing else to do, so I hopped on one of their computers and started playing with the $2 I had left in my PokerStars account. Now I'm up to $18. Yay.
I wonder how the rest of the night will go. In my favor, I hope.
