calories: 665
workout: 480 + dancing at a show

I was doing fine until about an hour ago when I ate a 300 calorie cookie. Fuck! So this = +185 calories......god i've been stuck between 5 pounds for two weeks, I just need to get over it!

WEDNESDAY, THURSDAY, FRIDAY, SATURDAY, SUNDAY GOALS:
- only 6 drinks the entire weekend [vodka & sugar free red bull or diet 7up]
- exercise thursday and friday, maybe saturday, sunday
- no more than 600 calories, no exceptions! 400 prefered.
- get past this plateau and weigh less than I did in high school! YEAHHH!

I feel like the diet pills have lost all effect. annoying.
