okay i swear no more posts for a couple days after this one....

TOMORROW...or actually today now.

Breakfast: 10:30 am
2 egg whites with spice - 35

Lunch: 1:00 pm
lemonade w/splenda - 60
toast - 40
pickle - 5

Dinner: early..like 5:00 pm
3 saltines - 60
2tbsp cream cheese - 100
cucumbers and vinegar - 15

bring a bag of cucumbers and carrots for snacking when around people. Man I'm genius! - 30 calories

total - 345

drinks at party:
115 x 5 = 575
115 x 4 = 460
115 x 3 = 345

I NEED to burn at least 500-600 calories at the gym tomorrow. Emily and I have a big day tomorrow!

So i will basically be having between 690-920 calories tomorrow.......which is a ton... FUCK!

Of course I know I shouldn't drink at all, but we're buying a keg...and well...i really feel like partying. I just can't give it up! I don't think I'll be able to drink over 5 because of the big workout and limited calories which is good...sometimes I can get a little crazy haha. I tried to get a lot of breads in so I will be able to hold my alcohol....

my body has been craving protein so bad. I drank a bit of milk today and it totally helped. i really need to start taking the B12 vitamin too. and i wish tofu didn't have so many fucking calories in it.
