breakfast: veggie egg scramble
2 egg whites with veggies and salsa: 50
lunch: home-made pizza with no cheese [this was so perfect I am going to make it all the time!]
pita - 140
stewed tomato chunks with italian spices- 25
artichoke pieces - 10
dinner:
soup - 50
granola bar - 90
peach - 35
total: 400
workout:
bike - 150
eliptical - 200
total: 350
this means that I was +50 today which is just perfect! I haven't acutally eaten dinner yet, but i plan on spreading it out for a few hours so I don't get so hungry. And if i DO get hungry late at night, I am going to eat a pickle or just drink some diet coke.
my list of "safe" foods includes:
diet soda
pickles
salsa
ketchup
balsamic vinegar
vegtables
egg whites
small amounts of fruit
stewed canned tomatoes
tabasco sauce
nutritious lettuce
olives (a little fatty though)
red peppers
SOUP (tomato, vegetarian)
spices
this is pretty much what everything I eat consists of. I also add some bread....i which i could cut it out but it's the only way i can feel satisfied and not binge.
I crave salty all the time and no longer crave sugar.
