Why is that when Obama speaks, he always makes it so hard to comprehend what he's saying? He's practically talking in circles with when nuclear weapons would be used, and when they wouldn't, etc, etc.
Disclaimer: I know Nukes are bad. No shit there. But to say that we would never use Nukes ever, removes a huge deterrence from the Western World's claims.
