Busy people, going nowhere, see me soak in the rain
I really didn't get off to a good start today, heh.
I was having some kind of nightmare, I'm not sure exactly what about, but the first thing I remember seeing this morning was my mum leaning into my room with my brother reaching the top of the stairs behind her, but I could only make out their shapes. Needless to say, it scared the crap out of me.
I was supposed to get up early today so that I could go out, but somehow ended up falling asleep again. I'd set the alarm on my phone to wake me up, but I don't remember hearing it. I very vaguely remember holding the phone, trying to turn the alarm off and getting some kind of error instead... I don't know, but I think I might have still been sleeping at the time.
At some point I woke up enough to crawl to the end of my bed and turn on my DVD player (but I don't really remember this) and then slept through two episodes of Joey to wake up a couple of hours later to the annoying music of the title menu screen. I can remember hearing it over and over in my dream.
When I finally got out of bed I had such a headache...
I took forever to get ready, but eventually left the house around 1pm. I had to get a new bus pass, then decided to walk around a little while. I couldn't find any of the things I was looking for though. But I did get hold of Battle Royale Vol. 7&8 manga. I'm gonna be broke by the time I get them all, heh.
I saw some jeans that I reaaally want, but I thought they were a little too expensive for me to just buy. I later hinted at my mum, but I don't think she was going for it hehe.
