So I'm cursed. I'm an Asian girl which means.... I'm a HORRIBLE driver. Yes the sterotype is true. In my case anyways. So after crashing my car (multiple times), getting it hit and run AND having it broken in to, I definitely know my way around autobody shops and Berkeley Autobody is the best!
I crashed my 2002 RSX (first car. my baby. *tear*) and brought her into Berkeley Autobody. I met Bill and he said not to worry and that he would do whatever he could to help me through the process. Which he did! Gawd he is FANTASTIC!!!! Very patient and understanding. He walked me through everything, went into work extra early just to get me an estimate and kept me updated throughout the process via phone AND email. He was thorough and worked in a timely manner. My busted car sat in his shop taking up space for WEEKS because I'm a big baby and didn't want to break the news to my parents and wanted to pay for all the work myself without having to go through insurance. Yes I'm a grown woman who is still terrified of her parents. It's an Asian thing. Anyways, Bill did everything he could to keep my estimate down but alas, she could not be saved. The suspension was so messed up that the car was totalled. So in the end, Bill did ALL that work, and my car took up space in his shop for HELLA days and he didn't even make any money off of me! Even after finding out the car would be totalled, he was just as nice! I would've been pissed! What a waste of time! But nope. Not Bill. Like I said before... He is fantastic!
Sidenote: Go here if you want to be taken care of instead of cheated!

Man my week couldn't have been worse. After a shitty day, where everything seems to go wrong and nothing could be worse, you scrape the side of your car. AHH!!! So obviously this happened to me, except it wasn't my car. It was my friend's car, so I felt really bad. Luckily she wasn't that mad, but it was probably because I immediately said I would take care of it and she didn't have to worry. So I take her 2007 Honda CR-V to get an estimate. There's some deep scratches and the plastic guard thing on the door was slightly damaged and fell off. Of course I had to get it fixed without insurance since it wasn't my car. Trung and Bill immediately tell you straight forward without BS what they can do and how much its going to cost. It ended up costing me $400, i'm not sure if thats high or not, but I can tell you that Trung is a miracle worker. I needed the car immediately the next day, and he delivered. The very next morning it was done. The car was shiny and new, and the damage was all repaired perfectly. Definitely 5 stars for the no BS, quick, and easy repairs.

okay this is a quickie, basically I had the same great treatment as George, on yelp...my prius drives even better that before the accident. AAA sent me and I think they were great!!!!
