[After their last conversation (which happened to be prior to her own death), Franziska is one of the last people that Lelouch wishes to speak with right now... but her tone catches him off guard, he's not used to her speaking with a sense of decorum about her.]

And then it hits him, by "this particular investigation" she means the investigation into her death, Cosette's death, and... Somebody else? Could she be implying that C.C. is the newest-- no, no she's immortal, that's not possible.]

[Lelouch grits his teeth, going back over the nature of the crimes committed against both Franziska and Cosette. The more he thought about it, the more C.C.'s disappearance fell in line with the events surrounding the other two murders... but a third victim? This was getting out of hand.]
