[It is roughly mid-day when the light at the top of his Dreamberry comes on. The young emperor and his accomplice are lounging in his study, discussing this and that - the recent acquisition of memory cards, the fog that rolled through last week, a few exchanges they'd each had with important personalities in Somarium. Without missing a beat, Lelouch reaches across her to retrieve his Dreamberry from the coffee table. (He doesn't like having to play catch-up on things and, even though he may not respond to every voice post/text message/dream... he does keep track of them and take note of them).
His jaw drops. And, slowly, his violet eyes begin to widen.
A nightmare.
That blond hair, that phony smile, each word sending a wave of sickness across Lelouch's body.
He sits up, a bead of sweat dripping from his face.
What will I do? What will I do? This wasn't supposed to happen. I knew this was a possibility, sure, anybody could be brought to Somarium, but why did it have to be Schneizel? Why did it have to be Schneizel? Why couldn't this have been Nunnally? Or even Cornelia!? Any member of the Black Knights... One of my classmates... Almost anybody but Schneizel.
His eyes never leave his Dreamberry, his knuckles are white as his fingers continue to tighten around the small device.
And finally he breaks.
The Dreamberry hits the coffee table and the camera turns on. It slides across the table and hits the floor, causing the sound to go out
His head snaps back toward the witch sitting calmly on the couch.]
SCHNEIZEL!!
Schneizel is here, that same disgusting smile he always wears, asking for information on his new surroundings...
Does Somarium take pleasure in seeing people suffer?! With each month, people are wrenched from their homes and thrown into this merciless world! First it was Suzaku, taken from a point in his life where he would rather do anything than be in my presence... and now Schneizel! The only thing that would make this worse would be to see both my mother and father standing by his side!
I suppose the honeymoon is finally over, hm? Those six blissful months I spent without seeing a familiar face besides yours have finally come to a close.
[Lelouch is extremely tense, his fists clenched at his side punctuated by the occasional arm wave. Despite his back being to the camera, it's easy to tell that he's rather irritated about something.]
I never wanted to see his face again! Why couldn't it have been Nunnally?!
