I <3 Barcelona!
Ok, I just have to take a short break from my semi-mundane task of marking and cutting fabric for T'shirts to say that I love this city.
Anna is currently at Changing-Room. It´s held in this super chic hotel and consists of 30 designers each occupying a room, showing and selling their products. She called me shortly after I opened the store this morning to have me print a list of the prices, which she had forgotten. So I did as she asked and hurried over to the event.
As soon as I walked up the stairs, I was handed a beer. Haha, sure, why not, it´s already noon! Then I continued to climb the staircase, and the funky electronica music grew louder and louder. I made my way down the hall way, swaying back and forth to avoid collision with the many faux crystal chandeliers that fit in so perfectly with the all-white decor, accented with colorful spot lights. I´m telling you, it was totally Devil Wears Prada.
Well, right now, I´m kind of regretting the beer bit, since I was extremely hungover and tired to begin with, but it was absolutely vital in order to fully take in the moment.
