Death of Serenity

So, my car is officially dead. As of 9:30Am this morning, Serenity has most likely meet her end. Saturday was the day that started when there was an accident and the front end was messed up a little, so the hood of the car was tied down with a bungee cord. The car was fine for the most part, but that changed this morning. While traveling through the HOV tunnel, the cord holding the hood snapped off and smashed the windsheild of the car. The hood hit with enough force that it was bent over the roof of the car. Hopefully I can tie it back down and get it home. Everyone is ok, but we are still shaken up by this. Hopefully we can get the car fixed, but from what my dad said, he will take parts from it, and scrap the rest. He will pick the car up saturday and let me know what he'll do with it. Hopefully it can be fixed, and I will be back on the road soon. Well, I'm off, and will keep everyone updated.
