New findings from Gallup show the peril that looms as the contest becomes more polarized, with 28 percent of Hillary Clinton supporters saying they would vote for McCain over Barack Obama and 19 percent of Obama supporters saying they would back the Republican over Clinton.
Ok, look. I don't like Hillary Clinton's public persona. I would not like to get together with her for a beer. I would sooner grab a beer with John McCain. Hell, I'd probably rather go on a drunken lawbreaking rampage with G.W. than hang out with Hillary. I'm sure plenty of Clinton supporters feel the same way about Obama.
That being said, if you're seriously considering either voting for McCain over the Democratic nominee or not voting at all based on the outcome of the primary, you are fucking retarded. Policy-wise, they are essentially clones. I mean really. What's important here? Are you REALLY going to vote for perma-Iraq-war because McCain seems like a cool guy to hang out with?
