[after awaking in a land seemingly out of a fairy tale, being told what to do - if only half of it - by a crystal, no less, and suffering from sudden amnesia, needless to say Laguna isn't sure of many things. But he could swear he'd gone up his current path at least once - if only because for him to notice any repetition in his surroundings, he'd have to go through the same place twice. Which could only mean he managed to get lost on his way to the only nicely inhabitated place in this world (at least from what he'd gathered from the soldiers).
