So, yeah, it's the holiday season again. As is obvious above, its annual effect on me has resurfaced, though admittedly not as strongly so far, thanks to an interesting holiday weekend with
kanin_chan. We spent all of Friday doing as little as possible, then spent Saturday raking leaves around our little Northside house while waiting for the heating oil folks to come and refill our suddenly empty tanks. As of this morning, the yard is nicely clear, we have a healthy pile of firewood, and the house is no longer 43°F inside.
There's just too much that time cannot erase.
