a gay man invented what?
Alan Touring invented a machine that most people take for granted.. the computer, he got the idea in 1932(i believe, I might have forgotten the exact year) and then later the first one was built in the 50's.(which was the bigger than most peoples living rooms)
Alan Touring was also a homosexual, and persecuted for it because at that time being gay, especially being open about it was still looked upon like you were some kind of psychopathic chicken fucker, or a mental patient. I mean the "treatments" that they used to use to "cure" gays were outrageous... electroshock therapy and things like that? c'mon.
I think people need to take a step back and recognize that just because somebody is different, be it that they are gay, straight, black, white, brown, yellow, whatever... it doesn't give you the right to persecute, and attack them in any way.

All men(AND women) are created equal... gender, or creed(even though I hate christianity), or even sexual preference should not be a factor for acceptance(unless you're a man trying to get in a Victorias' Secret catalog)
