For all those Trinity Blood fans out there, and those who haven't watched the anime yet... I did a sypnosis of it. Rather details... x.x futarigurashi will want to kill me.

Trinity Blood Episode One
Flight Night
Explosions are seen over Earth. Presumed war.
Chunks of buildings rising, drawn by an airship.
Fire. The fight between the Empire, the AX agency, and an unknown enemy.
In a desolate wasteland, human and machine troops fire on vampire assassins. The humans are killed. Even machines do not succeed.
A ship is traveling, with a young girl as stewardess, and Abel Nightlord is onboard the ship. He comes to the reception and speaks to the girl, who will later help fly the ship after the captain is killed. (I think he’s asking for food or something to eat, but has no money). A book on the counter catches his interest. (Abel loves sugar.) He grabs for a cup of something with sugar and has it spill on his head.
The stewardess is called to the pilot cabin with coffee for the pilots.
As she speaks to one of the pilots, he is suddenly stabbed, by a vampire, later revealed to be a Rosenkreuz agent. (Point of note: The agent looks like Guyla from the manga, with that sword thing from his hand, but I can‘t be sure). The captain, second pilot, and stewardess are shocked.
“Vampire…” The captain says.
The Rosenkreuz agent then proceeds to murder both the second pilot and the captain, leaving the stewardess alive. He speaks to the stewardess, and then corrupts the flight data with a virus (looks like the matrix type of code). The airship takes on an erratic flight, which causes the agent to smile and laugh.
Lamps and things fall over, because of the ships erratic flight. People are frightened in their cabins.
The vampire is about to bite the stewardess, when the door opens. Abel enters, preventing the vampire from biting the stewardess’s neck.
Vampire: “Vatican.”
The agent draws his ‘sword’, while Abel looks (rather cutely) surprised. He appears panicked and hits the ground, deliberately engulfing the vampire with this thick white smoke, and leads the stewardess out of the cockpit.
Abel and the stewardess flee through the halls.
*Scene change*
Vatican City.
Francesco Medici, Catherina Sforza, and Pope Alessandro VI (I think) are seated there. A cardinal enters to say something to them, after which, Catherina and the Pope speaks.
The next voice is of cloaked figure, saying something about the Vatican.
Medici is angered by what Catherina says, and the Pope is intimidated by Medici. (Mainly talking here, and since I don’t understand Jap, I can’t tell you what they said. Something about vampires.) Medici is good at terrifying the Pope…
*Scene change, back to the airship*
Abel and the stewardess are walking along a corridor, after which they enter a control room. Abel attempts to reboot the system and succeeds. (The only thing I understand is Abel saying: “Wait, wait.” and the stewardess getting agitated about vampires).
The system reboots and is restored.

*scene change, Catherina’s office*
Catherina Sforza’s Office.
A nun speaks. Judging by the glow around her, I’d say she’s a ghost or a hologram. She appears to be reporting to Catherina, or merely informing her of more news.
Catherina walks to the window and says something.
*Scene change*
The air ship appears to be going through much turbulence, but the girl is steering with little problem, Abel helping her.
The door opens, and the agent returns. There is a smear of blood on his mouth, presumably because he’s fed off the people in the airship. (Scary, flying coffin of dead bodies ><) The girl appears terrified. Abel tells the girl something and pulls his gun as the agent attacks. He is thrown through a wall and hits a pipe.
The agent steps through the broken wall. Abel runs to a side, and finds himself cornered. As the agent makes to stab him, the ‘wall’ falls out, and he’s given a way to escape. The knife misses.
Abel is clinging onto the hull of the ship. He climbs onto the top, where he will confront the agent.
As Abel climbs to the top of the airship, he sees the agent waiting there for him. The agent is about to stab him, but Abel enters Kresnik mode by saying something (it‘s in the book) and just as the agent slashes down with the knife, Abel catches it with his HAND. Shock is written on the agent’s face.
Abel is a Kresnik, and he easily flips the agent away. He says something about how vampires feed on humans and that he is a vampire that feeds on vampires (I think that’s what he says).
“I am a Kresnik.” (And then something about vampire feeding off vampires).
The scythe is unfolded, the long, blood-red scythe. The agent charges, and the scythe descends… and slashes something apart. The agent screams in pain. He collapses on the deck.
Abel points the scythe at the agent. The agent them claims something about ‘Rosenkreuz’. He pulls his heart out of his body, and explodes into blood particles.
A missile is tracking the ship.
Francesco Medici has launched the missile. Abel runs back into the room where the stewardess is and yells something about ‘engines’.
Abel tells the girl it is a missile tracking them.
A tracking system tracks the ship and the missile. A few shots are fired, one of which hit’s the missile and explodes it.
A smoking barrel is seen. HC-Tres Iqus is the one who has fired the shot which saved the ship. The AX ship lifts off.
The airship continues its way on. Abel comforts the girl and says ‘Thank you’.
As the airship flies off, the AX Agency airship flies with it. In Catherina’s office, the same nun is there, reporting of Rosenkreuz.
‘Rosenkreuz…’ And ‘Contra Mundi’ are a few of the words Catherina says as she drinks her tea.
