Overly Glamerous for this day and age....
Last night is being added to "ONE OF THE BEST NIGHTS OF MY LIFE" moments.
It was fantastic.
Last night, myself and Jaana attended "The Dresden Dolls" concert at the Areana. Was such a fanstastic show. Really. The Red paintings are awesome, the only dissapointing part was the bassist. . . who didn't move what so ever in the entire performance.
They incorporated many forms of art, having a projection, people painting on stage. Was great.
Another thing that was soooo incredible was the fact that Zen Zen Zo did a performance... it lasted 5 minutes at the most, but fuck, it gave me chills all the way down my spine.Absolutely incredible... Oooo I just got a tingle then :D
Finally, when the Dresden Dolls came on to stage they were greeted with an all mighty roar, with random comments such as "Take it offff!!!!" and a reply from Amanda " Take off what? I'm not fucking wearing anything to take off!!!!!"
They are just fantastic to watch.So much energy!... The first song to start the night was "Missed me' followed by "Coin Opperated Boy"... the night ended with their encore of a cover of Bon Jovi's "Half way there", "Half Jack" and finally (my favourite and the song I had been waiting for) "Girl Anachronism" which absolutely went off...
I was so happy :D
Afterwards Jaana and myself were not ready to head home just as yet... we decided that we would go dancing....And we see James...Looking rather third wheeled, with Reene in the arms of another boy...I must admit...It made me smile seeing him like that.
Came home around three.... YAY.
Yesterday was also my call back for "Harrisville" which was so fun.... I got along great with the director, and should be hearing back from them in 2 weeks or so......They are looking at getting full funding from the Australian Film Comissio, so to have a cinematic release!!!!!! Oh dear god I hope I get a part.... a good part!!!!!!!! It would eb effing fantastic!!!!!!!!!!!
Anyway,I have spent faaaaaaaaaaaaar to much time on here... and I need to pee....so that therefor makes me conclude this blog.
