Final(?) update on the PC.
OK, so I've finally decided on a few final things, and made some changes to the previous stuff.

I haven't firmly decided on a PSU yet but I'll allow $50-$100 at most for a good quality one. Will edit this post when I decide on one. Open to suggestions on this.
Grand total: $2559 + whatever the PSU costs me. About $2600 or so which is about the limit of what I was going to spend.
