I have another sinus infection. This one came with a hacking cough, though, so at least I get some codeine out of the deal. Enjoying that now.
I spent all day wishing I could sell Phil and Eva to the circus. They don't answer the phones, so Katie does, and I don't want her calltaking. Also, they're annoying. Compassion and understanding only go so far when I' coughing up a lung, EMDing a call, and trying to make them stfu.
Dispatch friends: What's your view on private ambulance BLS crews calling 911? A dispatcher suggested a crew do that today. denver (responding agency) called me back asking wtf and why couldn't the car on scene take it, and I didn't know. so I called the crew myself and took an EMD. Then I told Denver to continue in emergent, and go suck an egg. (ok not the last part)
I just know I'll be pulling tapes.
Now I'm home, watching mythbusters and being snowed.
