Act V- The Muted Skies Of Reign

And Paris waved goodbye, his tears never really telling the full story. He had lost his love and hunter Lotus, and felt he'd lost Angel, even though she said they would always be good friends.
He had seen this time in his mind, and there she was, in the light, and the silence would not break. And with his lost, unbroken silence, he jumped, unaware that he could do anything else.
And once again, he felt lost. The lines were cut, and he was abandoned in his sea of hate, as the vultures picked at his flesh and he felt himself decaying under the weight of it all.
Helen was unreachable, and the dial tone left ringing in his ears laughed at him, until she rang. He could hear her screaming scarred words through the phone, yet her voice polite. She, now another retrenched member of his mind.
His shell is lost and pointless, and as sound washed over Helen, he would sit alone and crying, for the world of shadow he had built around him collapsed. Would she know? Only when she picks up her receiver tomorrow as the shadows break and dust settles over her red sky.
