Surprisingly, the scriptwriting process is going really well this week. Took some time yesterday afternoon to check out some photos that might help inspire the interior of Epstein's apartment (namely the living room area, the kitchen and Chiaki's room) and I plan to be sketching a lot of that by the weekend. It's harder now cause I accidentally left all my sketching tools at home for some reason. I'll have to subsist on a mechanical pencil for now, but I don't really trust myself to draw preliminary details without the 2H pencil.
On another note I have a job interview this afternoon. Michelle's company over in Alabang is supposed to be looking for people for this editing job and she says that you can arrange a schedule with the higher ups if you're in it for the part time spot. I really hope I can get in. Graduating in October isn't really that impressive without some job experience in this country. Too bad Weizel won't be coming along. Really should have seen it coming you know. The girl's loading her schedule up too much already and it was pretty predictable her mom would object to her adding one more commitment to her list.
The Kasumi designs are going to be done as soon as I can whack out the creative juices out of my head. So far I've done 1 of the 5 magical girls I'm supposed to have for the cast, and all of the bad guys and some of the supporting cast. Still haven't done the designs for the homeroom and gym teachers, but I'll bet inspiration will come soon.
I'm keeping Epstein looking like John Lennon. I kind of like the way his laid back personality reflects of how I managed to render him.
