This one made me chuckle. Apparently an artist sent in a sculpture to be exhibited. His work consisted of a large sculpture of a human head and a small dowel used to keep the head from rocking around. Well the museum didn't realize the dowel was used to support the sculpture and therefore treated it as a separate submission. To top that off they decided the dowel was "better" and left the sculpture in the basement and proudly exhibited the dowel.
