From four kilometers' distance eyewitnesses recorded a large-scale attack of Semenovka (the Southeast of Ukraine) by an unknown weapon. It must be recorded and handed to investigating authorities.

According to representatives of the Donbass People's Volunteer Corps, the Ukrainian army attacked Semenovka, a suburb of Slavyansk and its vicinity. Along with "Grad" multiple rocket systems, rockets and mortar shells the Ukrainian military used phosphorous bombs banned in the whole world. After an hour-long attack, local authorities decided to evacuate civilians immediately. Shells containing white phosphorus can cause extremely serious and painful injuries or provoke a slow and painful death.
