Summer is off to a good start. I like my new job alot and i've been having a great time spending my days with my sister. It's also cool that i still got to see Steve this week even though our schedules are completely conflicting now. He works days, i work nights--- we'll keep figuring it out. We're no worse off than when i was two hours away. He joined a softball team so if i ever get a Wednesday off, someone should come cheer with me.
Kristen and I went to her dad's company picnic at some resort on Sanibel earlier this week. SPF 6 gives you a nice tan! ...and probably skin cancer. I love Kristen.
Since Coldstone has been open (for a grand total of 7 days), Steve has managed to use THREE free coupons on himself. I think the owner is getting pretty suspicious everytime she has to come help the new employees ring up his "frequent buyer" coupons (meaning that for every 8 visits to Coldstone, you get one free ice cream) and sees his smiling face. She'll probably have the authorities waiting for him next time. If i were her, i would.
I saw Marcie and Julian too... They came to visit me at work after H's going away party. Marcie has Nike Shocks and i'm really jealous. They're the pink ones. Jenny and I were going to work toward getting them, but then we found out they are over a hundred dollars ::sigh::

For the first week and a half of summer i was running by myself and missed Avia terribly. I still miss her, but now i have recruited my sister for running. I'm very impressed by her progress. In less than two weeks she went from panting like crazy after a half mile, to being able to jog a mile and a half without getting too winded. GOOD JOB, JENNY! YOU'RE DOING AMAZING!
