End of a bad week

It's Friday and the end of a working week that hasn't exactly been the best. I've been tired and I've had a headache at times. Today was a fiiting end to this week. It started out in a good way with a discussion about "To Kill A Mockingbird" with my other group of advanced English. They actually liked the book and said it had made them think a lot! Such sweethearts.

When I checked the e-mail after lunch I had received a very supercilious mail from the computer techie who complained that I hadn't turned off the DVD-projector after I had shown a film in the lecture hall on Monday. Well, I tried to turn it off and thought that I had done so, but apparently not. What amazes me is that this man has the time and energy to track down who made this "terrible" mistake and then write a rude e-mail about it. I replied in the same way and received another rude answer. This man isn't very popular at the school and some of the students think that he's bullying them.

Then one of the boys in the class where I'm a mentor said something nasty to one of the girls (not for the first time) and made her start crying. I wish I could kick that stupid sod out of the school. O well, he has failed almost every subject so far so he's going to have a hard time when he leaves school. Serves him right.

I'm trying to learn how to use mIRC so I can join the chat room on Snape_Lupin. I've never done anything of that kind before but I would really like to get to know those other people in the community. I hope I'm not too shy to try.
