Tuesday
Yet another snake on Saturday, just a rat snake this time nothing poisonous. It survived Kelly running over it with the lawnmower so was sent to its maker by way of a shovel instead. This may seem cruel, but I don't want it attracting bigger predators that ARE poisonous with small children around.
Went shooting on Sunday for the first time in ages. Somehow managed to smack myself in the eye with the scope after squeezing off a round (I missed the target by a mile on that shot!). Have a nice black eye for my troubles. Not fun but it amused the people around me. Stricklands have moved their range and took the opportunity to revamp it, the result is a much improved gun range but unfortunately they no longer allow shotguns (which are always fun). Over to the neighbours in the evening for pool and some drinks.
In training this week learning lots of Solaris networking. Same company that did my administration training so an excellent course.
More gosh wow stuff from the MRO team. I can't wait for the images of the landing sites.
