Just got back from holiday(s) to Eastern lands and went to some effort (though they were scanned a tad wonky as I need to calibrate my scanner, and some of them I scanned before wiping down the scanner bed, so some are more specked than others ... but I'm not really bothered to fix any of these problems right now) to share my Johnny's shop photos, as well as some other Harajuku idol shop photos. Obviously, they are for "evaluation" purposes only, so I've watermarked the crap out of them :D

A big group Arashi pic

A cool Jun

Two smiley Juns, because I couldn't resist :3

A cool Ohno

A genki Oh-chan

A Naruse for my friend who is particularly fond of the lily motif

And then my fangirlism dictated my choices....

Super cute Juntoshi - Kya! Kya!

A MatsuMiya moment

Of course, can't omit an Ohmiya

And even better, an OhMatsuMiya! OT3!

I also picked up a Kame

And some unofficial Yamapi (because all the J-shop photos are pretty recent and I don't like his new hair!*)

I kinda wanted to find a picture of Yamapi with a stupid expression on his face, but there wasn't any. I guess what I was looking for was Akira, so I bought a Shuuji & Akira photocard ^_^

I was considering some Hana Kimi goods as well, but the thing I would have most wanted was a Shun and Toma poster and I thought that'd probably just get ruined in my case, so never mind.

*As a matter of fact, I don't like (I don't hate either) any of these three's new hair, so that actually saved me a lot of money in the Johnny's shop. I guess that's a good thing...

I went for shop opening time on a weekday and there was already a queue, so I joined it. Didn't have to wait very long though, as it would seem that the upstairs and downstairs are now identical in the Johnny's shop (contrary to what I'd heard online. I'm guessing it's old info) and we only waited a few minutes before we (the second batch) were taken and directed downstairs. The only other goods apart from photos were penlights, photofiles and uchiwa. I wish I could have got a Time tour towel, but alas.
At first, I thought it was a pain, but then I started to feel proud of "my boys" because as soon as we were sent in, the Arashi corner was completely inundated! I could barely get close! It was definitely, by far, the most busy section. 嵐大人気 !イェイ!
I got a Jun Countdown Uchiwa too. Since they just have sample pictures on the wall I just picked the one I liked and asked for it at the counter. I didn't realise how big it was going to be! Certainly too big for my scanner, anyway. I'm fairly sure it didn't say anywhere that it'd be a jumbo uchiwa... Or perhaps my high school level Japanese has failed me again.

I picked up a couple of magazines whilst I was there, which I may scan selectively at a later date.
