Rolo explained that after I was captured as Zero by Suzaku, I was brought before the Emperor and with another... Geass of his own, repressed and rewrote my true memories.

So Rolo is...not actually my brother either... And I'm...

I could understand the Emperor wanting to steal the future of the biggest terrorist threat to Britannia, but there are obviously more permanent methods to accomplish that.

None of this makes any logical sense.
