Uh yeah, this is what we call weird. The other night? Saw Spike heading somehwere, looking like he was on some sort of mission. So me, being the guy who wants to know if he's up to something, follows him. Well I see him talking to a bunch of demons that looked like they would audition for the remake for the Godfather if didn't look so, you know demony. Then they start beating him up, like they were not happy to see him.
Of course I want to know why, and why he's invovled in mafia business. Because you know, he's dating Buffy. If he's doing something crooked? I think she should know about it, and I should tell her. So I confront Captain Peroxiode in this dank-o crypt. Takes awhile with lots of questions, and maybe a little annoying him and possibly threatening him, he finally spills the beans.
Turns out? The reason Giles has been acting all weird lately? Because something Spike did. Well techincally its not like he MEANT to do it, it just happened while he was saving Buffy. But now all his watcher goodness is in a jar somewhere and held by a bunch of demon mobsters. And he's trying to fix it before anything bad happens.
Well I thought about it (okay, for maybe only five seconds, but still, that counts), and I decided to try to get the jar and break it before he does. Because first I have no clue when he'll get it done, considering how happy those mafia demons were to see him. Not to mention I would get to show him up, which would satisfiy the little part of me. Not to mention, the sooner we can get Giles out of those clothes and stop calling every girl a bird? The better. Plus it would help put a stop to those horrible visuals in my mind of Giles and Anya having sex in the Magic Box. Could certainly live without those.
