Anyone interested? I need a new roomate, plain and simple. Rent's going to be about, 275 a month. Includes all utilities, and most food cost. Unless your a picky asshole, then you can shop and make food on your own.
Good Location, not in the middle of nowhere. You get free reign over anything in the house, including the internet, computer, TV, etc.
