do you remember driving along the southern coast of louisiana on the way to texas? we drove on that long bridge and there was no gas anywhere and i freaked out. i'm sorry for that. i should have been appreciating the grandeur of what we were speeding by, but i got lost there. eventually, we got gas and i got over it. although i may have marred the experience somewhat, i had this incredible feeling that you and i just owned that place. like there was no one else around and it was just all ours. maybe that's cliched but it felt great.
we stopped at a tgifridays or something like that and you failed at ordering vegan food because they really had none. our waiter was about our age and seemed cool. i remember wishing we could take him with us to where we were headed. he stayed though. we should have asked him to come live with us. or maybe he would've just been a serial killer...
