Me being me

I keep wondering what will happen if I actually start to read the notes I take in class or the books I am supposed to read. Well yeah, I wonder and that is as far as I go. To be honest so far it’s been ok, I mean I have not touched a book and I managed to finish the 1st semester with an A. (yes I am being purposely ‘modest’ here) Now tell me why do I need to start with the studying? Cos it will make me feel better about myself, yeah well I feel pretty good about myself already.

So, what does people blog about? I don’t care! You don’t either I guess. I’ll just ramble about the perfectness that my life is and the ridiculous thoughts that cross my mind from time to time. See, rare are the times when a thought sticks in my head so I like to write it down and then brag about it until the next one comes along. It’s a big thing for me so work with me here.

Uni starts again next week and I can’t be more excited about it. In fact I love uni and I don’t ever want it to end. Dreamer. Now Monday is Reading as a writer day, that will be cool... I hope. Mr Paul McDonald (my personal tutor) will be our tutor and hopefully he is a brilliant as he was the 1st day I saw him and as he is in his books. Talking about books be sure to check out his works. On and while we are on the subject let me tell you that ‘Showgirls, Teen Wolves, and Astro Zombies A Film Critic's Year-Long Quest to Find the Worst Movie Ever Made’ is a must have for every self respected film lover. The book is catchy, funny, well written and (at least in my case) expresses the pretty neat the thoughts I had while watching some of the movies described in it.

Movies... my domain. Now people tend to have something called life, well I tend to have something called - world. I am pretty sure some of you know what I am talking about. I don’t like the world outside my own so I tend to avoid it. I am brilliant with people and have pretty good social skills BUT that does not mean that I like it. I prefer to stay inside my head, living a scenario I have there or putting myself where the main protagonist of someone else story should be. This is me, a novice writer always trying to  fix a dialog or a situation. I am usually more interested in what the characters in my head have to say than the person I am talking to.

I am pretty sure all the future posts will concern my obsession with movies, music, celebrities and the best and most brutal industry on the planet - entertainment.

Until next time, I am me, you are you and life is beautiful. Thanks for watching.

P.S. Yes, my English is far from good enough, but I will survive.
