Graphics Post 12 (Pokemon, Persona 4, Simoun, Utena)

It's been a while since my last post. I need to start keeping up with my iconing better (but don't I say that every time...?). I just don't always have images I want to icon. The request post I had up didn't get any comments, so I'm deleting it for now but will post a fresh one some other time (I can't promise when that will be though). As for this batch...I always wish I was better at iconing Simoun, but I like the P4 icons.
