Chapter 3
As of thursday night, I will no longer be attending the University of Texas at Austin. I know just about all of you will think this is a bad decision, but I've spent the last several months thinking over this, and after a lot of careful consideration have decided that this is best course of action for me at this time. School is causing me to rack up just obscene amounts of debt all for a degree that won't actually help me whatsoever in pursuing my dream of being a chef. For now, I'll be working at least full time, and saving some money to pay for cullinary school, among other things.
