Morning with the Quilt Committee

Mom and I spent the morning with the Houston Heritage Society Quilt Committee, as it was the day to take the group photo is front of the finished 2007 Raffle Quilt.




The Heritage Society Garden has a gorgeous old live oak tree whose branches arch over the paths, touch the ground, and then curve up again like more little trees. Gorgeous.






After the quilt committee photo, Mom and I went to High Fashion Fabrics downtown, where we saw the perfect dress for me:
