Just a random thought, is it a bad thing that the only way I can get a decent night's sleep is after a drink? I'm not saying getting drunk, just one and I seem to sleep better. I don't know why it is, but it's just seemed that way recently that whenever I drink something a little bit before I fall asleep, I seem to make my way through the night without waking up. I hope it's just stress and not something more serious.
