>< stupid police
Well I get in touch with my friend Keilana today and she was sad. I asked what was wrong and someone stole their car ><, now I was to shocked and mad to ask if it happend last night or what.
They called the police and the police did not even come by the house or file a report. They said since the car wasnt under his name (her husband) but his brothers his brother would have to file the claim. Now this may not be a big deal but his brother leaves in freakin Boston for crying out loud. Then I asked well if the cops won't do anything how about the insurance company. Well the insurance for it is under his parents and they called along with my friend and they haven't heard from them yet. That just really ticked me off because it shouldn't matter whos property it was it was stolen.
I have a cop friend down here and I asked him was that right of them to do and what could my friends do to try and make the police take action. He said no that was wrong and they should have filed a report no matter who owned it. >< I thought so. Thats like me taking my car over to my friends to watch for me and someone steals it while im away on vacation. Anyways he said they could ask for a supervisor or the chief and try that way. So I emailed that info to my friends but I was still upset.
So I search on Minnesota law and stuff. Found a website of some organization about crime, justice and the victims (can't remember the name) but it was set up by the attorney general there. Well I emailed them about it, then I found the attorney generals site in Minnesota and emailed them, the I complained to the police department in the city where my friends live, and then I emailed a insurance agent in Minnesota that my friends have insurance through asking them if that was right and what could be done on their end or my friends. I have yet to get a responce. I wasn't expecting one but who knows.
Then I got in touch with my friends again to see if anything gave way. Well they finally got in touch with his brother who called the polic (FROM BOSTON MIND YOU) and filed the report. The police said "we will look into it" >< what the heck stupid cops. I hope they find the car in one piece. My friends brother hopes they don't find it so he can collect the insurance money. Apparently he owes less than the car is worth so he could get out of debt. >< that sucks for my friends (his brother and sister-n-law) cause they have had really bad time lately and they need that car. If he does get the insurance money they won't have a vehicle anymore. ;_; I wish I could help them, there is so much they gone through the last two years that I wouldn't wish anyone to go through. So keep them and their car in you prayers please.
Now onto my friend that hasn't been talking to me. She has finally found a job which I am so excited for her but I can't tell them. They will respond to me on the forum we goto but she still wont talk via email, messenger or anything else. Friends tell me to be patient which I am trying but I don't think I will hear from her again, but hopefully.
