She finally got pissed enough to tell me something. She still wants time to figure whatever out, so I am assuming we are still friends.
FFXI Online came out with another expansion and it looks really cool. The only thing is I wanna get it but I don't, reason is I haven't seen half the other two expansion yet because Square makes it impossible for a person to solo. They call you adventurers in the game but how can you adventure anywhere if you always have to be a certain lvl or in a party to do anything. You have to spend 1+ hours forming a party or waiting for a party invite. So thats why I choose to solo and because most people are to gun ho with that game and they are jerks.
So I spend 8+ hours solo'ing and maybe make 800exp. Then if I die I loose 500-600exp depending on my level. Square needs to fix so many things in that game I feel they didn't have to make and expansion to get more people to play or to come back. Another thing they need to work on is the economy in FF. So many higher lvls sit there and farm items that other could farm too but they a gang up on a mob making it impossible for anyone else to get then they jack up the price on the auction. Not to mention if you do happen to get the mob the drop rate is next to nothing.
Square needs to learn from other MMOs and make theirs better. So I won't be getting the expansion for awhile.
Again pray for my friend again and for me to I guess... need more patience with her <--- oh boy now all hell will break loose
