I checked the weather at like 6 am, it said no chance of rain til about 11 am. I went to bed. I was awakened at 7:30 am by the sound of thunder and the rain lashing against the bedroom window. We are now under Flash Flood Warnings until 11 am. And a Heat Advisory until 7 pm.

I am currently composing a nasty letter that won't be sent to my weather man.
