So it's Tuesday, This past weekend was a lot of fun. Friday after work at Pizza Hotline, Geoff and I ended up going to The Empire to see Phreek(sp). It was nice to go out and get some dancing done.
After the bar we headed to Mel's place for a while. Then headed back to my place.
Saturday evening Geoff and I took my niece Paula out to teach her how to parallel park. She got it down pretty quickly. She goes for her road test tomorrow, I think she will pass.
Yesterday I was a mess, funerals are never easy for me. I can only imagine what Mel and the rest of her family are going through.
12 more days until x-mass eve, that's when my family does the gift exchange. I only have to get gifts for my Mom and Dad, which I am going in with sister to get.
Also found out this weekend that Geoff will be attending my family gathering. I told him that if he doesn't get scared away by attending, then he can make it through anything else. My family x-mas get togethers are pretty crazy, there seems to always be a story to tell by the end of the night. He's held up quite well at all the other family functions he has attended so I think he'll be okay. My Mom was pretty happy to hear he was coming, she really likes that kind of stuff.
Birthday update, looks like on my actual birthday (the 27th) I will be probably just staying in or maybe going out for Dinner with Geoff. If anyone is interested in doing something for my b-day, there will be something going on @ the downstairs of Johnny G's on the 30th. It's a group birthday thing for a couple of Geoff's friends. So seeing as there is lots of space down there, I am making that my official party. If you want to attend and need more info just let me know.
