I just got all my seeds in cups, and filled them with water. The peat pellets will start soaking Sunday morning so I can start sowing that afternoon. By then, the seedling box and the warming mat will be upstairs and ready to go.

Next task will be finding pots large enough to hold the bulbs I bought. Since all bushes will be gone by next week, I'll need something to fill in.
