So Jason and I just had a magnificently conversation with a couple of puns that are absolutely awful. If you don't like puns, then I urge you not to read any further.
So were talking about this video from the Orson Welles movie, The Third Man, which is about the country of Switzerland (sort of). The video is thirty seconds long, if you want to watch it, but if you don't or can't, just know that we are talking about Switzerland below, specifically about how little it has contributed to the world at large.
Jason: The cuckoo clock and Calvinism. Someone should have really intervened.
Me: Well, they do have their cheese.
Me: I think that their cheese is so good that it has religious significance. It is holey, after all.
Jason: I wasn't sure where that sentence was going, then it went to a groan-inducing punchline.
Jason: The old bait and Swiss.
Me: That was definitely one of our best 1-2 punches in a very long while.
I am absolutely tickled by this exchange, I must say.
