Some time ago I watched this documentary about an Egyptian mummy who'd really been hated. Not only was she brutally stabbed to death, but her enbalming and the decorations to her casket had been intentionally botched. The scribes had put down her title with a male signifier on her cartouche. The enbalming was done with such shoddiness that the skin and flesh on her face had just bubbled away. Worse, her trachea had been completely removed. When she meets Osiris she'd have a face like dogs breakfast and wouldn't even be able to speak her name. That would really suck.
