ZenKatsuo wonders if something terrible or really awesome has happened next door, since it's totally being visited by the bicycle cops who fished him out of the gutter a few nights back. It maybe kinda looks more like something terrible than awesome. He thinks it's not the best time to go thank them, try to flirt with the cute one, and give them chocolate.
