(no subject)
SO
I'm not really sure what's going on this weekend but I don't think foureyedalien is going to be visiting for the weekend. :( Just for a bit on monday I think? at least we could go to Olgas and eat a ton of snackers. It almost seems kinda pointless though, I mean as much fun as it is to see Jade and all i feel bad about having them drive 5 hours out here to see me just for a while- not even a day- and have to drive all the way back. And with the cost of gas prices... eugh. I just feel bad. ;_;
In other news, tonight I think I'll be spending most of my time drawing something for the PMD group. I've been talking with iza_7 and he's been helping me remember it's good to get your own artistic urges out so that you don't get totally burned out on doing work-art. I've been really wanting to draw this one pic but I previously didn't let myself (thinking that if I did art at all, it should be commissions) and I think I'll be working on it.
Today Adam taught me how to play Minecraft and now I really, really want to.. D: But I could get really hooked on it, I know it LOL. I do plan on playing it but I also really want to get some artwork out of the way! especially my commissions first!
Oh and also, Chocolate's birthday is coming up on Saturday! I think instead of making a big cake and sculpting I'll try making chocolate cupcakes with light blue frosting, along with some black/chocolate icing to make quagsire faces on! HMMM this could be fun. :) I think I'll try my hand at cake sculpting another time and maybe next year I'll try a full cake. :D
