There's this book my parents used to lose weight. It's called the fat flush plan. http://www.amazon.com/Fat-Flush-Plan-Louise-Gittleman/dp/0071383832/sr=8-1/qid=1158180275/ref=sr_1_1/102-3984574-9195318?ie=UTF8&s=books anyhoo, it pretty much says to eat only certain amounts of food (with no oil or salt or at least minimal amounts) the whole day, you can space it out as much as you would like (i.e. eat a little in the morning and a little more late morning and a little more at lunch, etc.) but you have to keep it constant. If you eat at certain times, make sure to keep eating the same portions at the same times every day. This way, your body knows that it's going to get food at a certain time every day so it's less likely cling to the fat in your body so to speak. Because it knows it has a constant source of energy coming. And always always always drink water in ridiculous amounts. Before you eat any meal always drink 2 - 3 cups of water. and also, a lot of times when you THINK you're hungry, you're really just thirsty. So before you snack on anything, try to drink a cup or two of water. Just from drinking a lot of water, you're going to lose a fair amount of weight. I have that book in arkansas (Fat flush) it has some pretty nice recipes. I'm sure you could find some of them online. If not, it's only about 6 bucks. And i could probably loan it to you when i come home for thanksgiving if you don't feel like buying it. Good luck, darlin!
